Suicide Postvention

Yep, people kill themselves. I am so sorry if this is why you have landed on my page. Whether you are an individual, a family, or a community; I can hold space for you. I am trained in Psychological First Aid and Disaster Response. I am a person to go to in the throws of the worst of it. I do not have a lot to write about my work here. Writing this, now, I am sitting with the heavy weight of suicide in my heart. It is solemn and I am not even looking at my screen. Anywhere but. This is me locking my eyes to the screen. I have no clue what your experience is. But I am not the type to look away.
