Neurodivergence is simply how your nervous system is wired to perceive and move through the world. I do not treat neurological differences as defects to fix, broken machinery, or behaviors to police.
For parents, you are likely exhausted from schools, doctors, and relatives telling you that your kid needs to be managed, quieted, or trained to comply. When an environment is overwhelming, what standard systems label as defiance, meltdowns, or oppositional behavior is almost always an involuntary survival response. I do not teach parents how to control their children. I help you understand your child's actual sensory and nervous system pacing, decode what their distress is communicating, and secure the material accommodations they need to survive an unaccommodating world.
For young adults and anyone navigating a late diagnosis, you have likely spent decades burning through your own reserves just trying to pass as typical. Growing up without an accurate map of your own neurology usually means internalizing the belief that you are lazy, deficient, or crazy. Recognizing your neurotype later in life is not a trend; it is finally getting the operational reality of how your brain processes stimuli, focus, and energy. In my room, you do not have to fake wellness or prove your capacity. We work to unlearn forced masking, honor your actual limits, and build a life that works with your nervous system rather than against it.
For both: this shit is not hard to chart or diagnose. My field is based in social diagnosis and Human Development. I am not mental health. I am social health. It has never taken me longer than 5 minutes to chart a fully clinically compliant note and then we have our key. Now I can help, now we can outside the room and I can help you with Schools and Accommodations & Inaccessible Systems in a heartbeat. I am Disabled myself. This advocacy has been part of my life from a young age. I know both sides.
