Human beings do not exist in a vacuum; we live, work, and survive inside complex institutional systems that frequently exercise immense power over our daily lives. Navigating the aftermath of violence, exploitation, judicial involvement, or state regulation requires someone who actually understands how the machinery works from the inside out.
I bring direct, hands-on experience operating within every one of these systems. I have taken required specialized coursework in addiction and school social work, with dedicated school based internship experience. I know how to navigate court mandates, state oversight, and school district bureaucracies.
In this practice, institutional distress is never mislabeled as individual pathology. I address the material realities of legal mandates, harm, and systemic leverage with clear-eyed advocacy, non-judgmental accountability, and total transparency.
Domestic Violence (working directly with both survivors of domestic abuse and individuals who have used abusive or coercive behaviors—focusing on safety, autonomy, accountability, pattern interruption, and systemic navigation)
Sexual Violence (navigating bodily autonomy, safety, embodiment, and trust without forced disclosure or pathologizing medicalization)
Probation Involvement (managing court supervision, compliance demands, and the friction between legal mandates and human well-being)
Sex Offense (navigating high-surveillance legal frameworks, registration demands, social stigma, and institutional isolation)
Schools (leveraging certified school social work credentials and internship experience to advocate for students and families through IEPs, 504 plans, manifestation determinations, disciplinary actions, and district bureaucracy)
Substance Use & Addiction (addressing chemical dependency, court-mandated treatment requirements, and recovery using specialized social work training in addiction)
Foster Care (supporting children, adults, and families navigating state placement, parental rights, and systemic foster interventions)
Case Management and System Navigation/Advocacy (direct, hands-on support interfacing with housing authorities, legal aid, social services, and state systems)
Accommodations & Inaccessible Systems (what it says)
Military service, veteran status, and growing up in a military home touch every part of life. In this practice, military experiences are kept completely off-the-record - separate from VA red tape, chain of command, and civilian assumptions - with real, lived-experience support under Military.
