Reaching out for mental health support should not involve call centers, automated phone trees, or intrusive multi-page screening forms before you even speak to a human. Direct, prompt access is a core part of an ethical, anti-clinical practice.
When you contact this practice, you communicate directly with me. Whether you have questions about fit, want to discuss scheduling, or need clarification on operational logistics, reaching out is straightforward and confidential.
You are welcome to review my availability, and to confirm whether my clinical frameworks align with your needs. I have personally created my intake paperwork to ensure complete compliance while also including the why and how of the questions.
Before reaching out, you are welcome to review details on my sliding scale and fee structure under financial model, as well as my privacy protocols under note-taking & documentation. Neither should produce fear or uncertainty, they are meant to be in service of my community and your rights. My aim is zero first time worry.

I have the clinical wherewithal to make an interaction last a specific amount of time, its just in my bones. If you cold call me I am trying to hang up at 15 minutes. At 16 minutes I have to write a note for a clinical encounter. If I choose to stay on the line I will discuss with you during that 14-15th minute and tell you this verbally because I have the duty to do so. It will be treated as an encounter and at the end I will tell them at the end I will ask what they are willing to pay should they choose to stay the intended length. When I go past the expected length of an encounter this is the exact boundary I hold.
