Mediation and Conflict Resolution

I offer clinical services. I am not a formal court-recognized mediator, but I do damn good mediation. If your goal is to spend thousands of dollars letting attorneys and judges tear your lives apart in an adversarial courtroom, go through the legal system. If you want to sit in a room with someone who understands power dynamics, emotional flooding, and how to cut through posturing to build workable agreements, come here.

Conflict is one of my favorite things to work with because conflict is simply a big fucking joke. Who cares. Literally! I do not care if someone is uncomfortable. You can be the jackest ass at the donkey fair and still have a working relationship. Neutrality or politeness are a ridiculous thing to expect when two people would prefer to take it out back. 

I am an intervention, yet my job is not to intervene. Does that make sense? Actions have consequences. You can choose those consequences, that is your choice. 

I literally an ethical authority. If you want someone trained in the profession of law, ethics, and operational expertise across domains and institutions; choose me. Most mediators do not offer what I offer.
