Much like medical standards of care, when someone is in acute distress, I do not walk away. I stay with you until the immediate environment is stabilized, your autonomy is restored, or higher-level medical support is brought in alongside your consent. You will not be abandoned in the middle of a storm.
Crisis is when there is nobody that can contain what is experienced in a body. Crisis is entirely self defined.
You may call. I may answer. You may speak. And I may listen. And I may invite you to my space, you may invite me to yours, or we may just sit where we are. My hope is to meet you where you are.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Idaho to provide clinical support, crisis intervention, advocacy, and therapy under clinical supervision. I am trained in Disaster Response, Suicide Intervention, Sexual and Domestic Violence Crisis Intervention, and Psychological First Aid for Schools.
I am not a medical doctor. I do not diagnose physical conditions, write scripts, or dispense medication.
I am not an attorney and do not provide legal advice.
I operate independently of police, courts, and state agencies. My priority is community care, self-reliance, and de-escalation.
Crisis intervention and navigation services operate under a zero surprise model. Payment is optional and voluntary. I will ask, but in these moments there is no expectation to put into the fund. Pulling out of the fund to provide care is what my clients pay me to do.
I maintain on-call availability for established clients and urgent community crisis support. To make use of crisis services you must call. This allows us to determine what level of intervention is needed. If you do not have time to call you should be contacting EMS at 911. While I monitor crisis channels 24/7, if I am temporarily unavailable (in session, driving, or offline), please utilize 988, 2-1-1, or local crisis centers if immediate support is required.
If you or someone you know is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, active suicide attempt, or immediate physical danger; please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
