Anxiety shows up across every region of mental health, often acting as a diagnostic catch-all for baseline human tension. I don't view anxiety as a clinical defect or something uniquely broken within you; it is simply a fundamental fact of being in relationship with the world.
There is always an unknown. The divide between two human beings is inherently unbridgeable, and when something tries to force that gap closed, throwback to RoboCop, it is not experienced as genuine intimacy; it is instantly felt in the body as coercion. Anxiety gets nested in our relationships to everything around us: people, time, deadlines, financial survival, physical objects, and environment.
Whether you are navigating generalized anxiety, sudden panic, social exhaustion, or the daily physiological weight of chronic stress, my job isn't to hand you standard coping scripts to suppress your response. Anxiety is often a completely logical nervous system reaction to real-world friction and systemic pressure.
In our sessions, we don't treat your anxiety as a disorder to be erased or an enemy to conquer. We treat it as real-time data. Anxiety is an invitation to audit where you are being stretched, where external pressures are squeezing you, and how to navigate those realities with clarity.
Anxiety is where we start. We won't end there.
