So what if it hurts? And if you are sitting there dealing with performance anxiety, erectile failure, or sexual compulsions you feel like you can't control, the shame only sharpens the edge, right? Isn't sinning fun? Why not sin more? What's stopping you? Jack off right now.
That immediate discomfort is the entire point. Most clinical spaces handle sex with rubber gloves either diagnosing you with a mental defect, putting you on an institutional watch list, or hiding behind a sanitized script. There is no script for this? Why refuse to talk about what happens when performance fails, when desire turns into an overwhelming compulsion, or when your body simply hurts and refuses to work.
I work with people who have committed sexual offenses, folks navigating probation or court systems, and those carrying intense sexual compulsions. I also work with people who have survived severe sexual violence, abuse, and trauma. Those two audiences conflict entirely, and standard therapy doesn't know how to speak to them without picking a side, moralizing, or running away from the tension.
I can name that discomfort comfortably.
When your body hurts, when physical dysfunction breaks your confidence, or when sexual behavior reaches a point where it is destroying your life, I do not need to treat you like a failure or a hazard. We can address the raw physical, legal, and relational realities of your life without the theater, judgment, or fear based reporting.

Sexuality is about who you are, how you desire, and how you relate to other people. For many people, sexuality carries a heavy history of monitoring. If you desire things outside standard expectations, I mean, you know better than me.
